Renter only need to pay for electricity and internet. One person only.

Minimum credit score of 600. Minimum income 2x rental amount.

    "Crest is great neighborhood. It feels like a small town but in the city. When you drive up the hill you’re met with a beautiful view of the valley. There’s a school, small convenience store, a mom and pops Mexican restaurant, a gas station, and a little park for kids all on one road."
