"if you need to catch public transportation it's right around the corner, we bought the house in 85 or 86 I believe, always been a quiet street, always been lots of kids out playing ,never had any problems here"

"I have lived in the neighborhood for over ten years and have never had any problems. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly."
  • Darci798
"Even though this is just one block off of 30th ave, the road does not have high traffic. Most of the homeowners in the area work very hard to keep their homes and property well maintained. Location is excellent... close to everything, including bus lines. Close to inexpensive private grade schools."
  • S
"I lived here for almost 20 years, growing up as a child. The elementary school was only 4 blocks away, in walking distance, and the neighborhood is very safe. A lot of the long-time elderly residents have moved into assisted living facilities and younger couples and families moved into the area. The homeowners have kept up the houses excellently, and updated them as well. The only thing is that living directly on 75th Street/Hwy 50, there can be a lot of traffic and it is also the boundary line for junior high schools. We went to McKinley, but the kids across 75th went to Lance."
