Description

This home is perfect for a single family or an investor. The basement is setup to be a second unit from the rest of the house if desired. There is a kitchen, full bathroom, living space, and bedroom. For the single family, it provides plenty of extra living space. For the investor, you could get around $1000/mo by renting out both units.

This home is very clean. It has the original beautiful woodwork intact. There is also provision for a gas ventless fireplace. In preparation for selling, we had the entire interior freshly painted, put in a new kitchen counter top, sink, and faucet, put in a new bathroom sink, cabinet, and mirror, installed many new lights and electrical switches, and put new carpet in the basement bedroom. There are hardwood floors throughout the home. The kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

Outside there is a concrete driveway leading to a detached 2 car garage, with new garage doors. The deck off the back of the house overlooks a spacious fenced in yard. We also put a fresh coat of stain on the deck and fence as well as painted the front porch and foundation. This house is move-in ready at a steal of a price because we want to move it fast.

Neighborhood Description

The houses are nicely spaced and in good condition. Close to Cascade Valley Park. Good highway access and only minutes from Downtown Akron.
