Description

Freshly painted, this house includes a two-car garage and pet-friendly, fenced yard. With excellent schools (Midland Academy and Midland Middle), this home has direct access to the Dragon Fly bike trail system out the back door. Flat Rock Park is just a short ride away and its close to shopping. There is a large laundry room off of the kitchen, which has an eating area separate from the dining room. Kitchen and baths have granite counters. Master has two walk-in closets, a double vanity, and separate shower and garden tub. We are military friendly.

Pets are considered, with breed restrictions and interview, and an additional pet fee.

No smoking is allowed. A non-refundable pet fee is $500 plus an additional $50 in rent. Lawn maintenance is included with rent. Utilities are paid by the tenant. Leases are for one-year for the first year, then converts to monthly.

We do NOT accept housing vouchers.

    "I grew up in this area and I moved back around a yr ago. It has deteriorated over the yrs,sadly. The south side has alot of violence:shootings,drugs,break-ins and gang violence. There has been a few shootings recently in oakland park. There is a good bit of abandoned houses in the neighborhood. We definitely keep the doors locked. The schools are terrible,If we stay in the area will be hard-shipping my kids or home schooling next yr. "
