We combine the comforts of home such as spacious floor plans, private bedrooms, and a home-like environment with the flexibility of an extended stay facility in Pooler Georgia.

Rates include all Furniture, Housewares, Utilities (except local phone service), Cable, Internet, Appliances and Amenities. Any additions to package offerings after move in will result in additional charges.

Select Corporate Housing doesn?t charge a Security Deposit; however, there is a $350 reservation fee due upon booking wherein $250 is applied directly towards your rent and the remaining $100 is to cover the background check as required by the host apartment community.

    "My commute only takes 15 minutes in the morning and 15-30 minutes in the afternoon. Traffic at 7:30-8 is light. It starts picking up after that. In the afternoon, Dean forest road is light in traffic but traffic picks up between 4:20-4:45 PM. At this time you should expect delays. "

    "I’ve lived in Pooler for years. Our neighborhood is cute, very green, clean, has lots of places to walk, it’s quiet but also fun. There’s a dog park and a lake just down road a short walk away. Our neighborhood is very friendly and active. Holidays are always fun and the neighborhood goes all out with decorations and celebrations. Food trucks come thru regularly and set up at the pool area for residents to walk down to grab a local bite to eat. Lots of families and kids in the neighborhood. Overall, a very nice place to live. It’s also conveniently located by interstate 16 and 95 and just minutes from lots of restaurants and the outlets. "
