Entering the suite into the full size kitchen stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, black granite counters, with dishwasher. Open living space into a large living room with a bar & cabinets, undercounter wine refrigerator, flat screen tv mounts, full size washer and dryer in suite.
Utilities included. Unfurnished.

The beautiful in-law apartment is available November 2025. If you're interested please send me an email with a little information about yourself and type of work along with additional questions you may have. Then we can set up a time for us to discuss.

Space will be available with first month's rent $1850 and security deposit due at signing $1850. Double occupancy is $2300 and $2300 Security Deposit.

- 6 - 8 blocks to Silver Spring Metro
- 6 - 8 blocks to Mall, movie theaters, Whole Foods, fast food, coffee, etc.
- 4-6 blocks to Washington Sports Club
- There is Permit Parking, but passes are available from the Silver Spring parking office
