You can pretty much do what you want...privately owned street and only 4 houses on the street and 2 in front (6)total...this was built by family and family owned...grandpa built the houses on the street...3 (we) the estate own and one is owned by my aunt rosie...the other 2 were purchased years ago when family members passed...now have 3 houses on this street that are needing to be sold due to deaths in the family once again..
