    "My husband grew up along Evelyn Ave. North of Solano Ave. and we visited his mom many times. The entire block is very friendly and are community orientated. They remind each other of issues that are happening in this neighborhood via yahoo group. They organize community events and are involved with neighbors well being. We feel that this is a save place to live within walking distance to everything. School is close by, within walking distance, as well as a park. There is a feeling of 'small town', yet it is in the middle of the big city. On that street are many owners that have lived there for many years. Not a high turn over, as people are stable. We love the atmosphere and love to visit, even though mom has passed on. Overall a great place to live."
