  • Cathinthesun
"We love Finley Farms so much that after living in FF South for over 10 years, we moved to FF North to be a little closer to the school and so that we could have a bigger property with a pool. We've lived in the newer house for about 15 years. Many of our neighbors have become extended family. "
  • Cathinthesun
"Many people like to walk their dogs on the local sidewalks. There are poop stations along some of the paths."
  • Andrew Bruce
"Early morning commute and traffic usually flows well all the way to work in East Mesa. On occasion traffic infractions happen and traffic will back up rather quickly. "
  • Collins Appiah
"No public transportation. Need to own a car to commute from here to places. Very nice neighborhood and safe "
  • Andrew Bruce
"Gilbert is a great place to live, it is a little more hectic and loud if you live close to the 60 but it isn’t horrible. "
  • Dee Peseri
"No comment Gilbert is a nice community and needs slower mph limits on roads to keep our young community safer"
  • Ninabrannock
"We built our house in 1999, before the 202 and the mall. Even though it’s grown, it still seems small town."
  • David kesling
"Lived in this neighborhood for 8 years and love it! Great neighbors and plenty to do close to the neighborhood! "
  • Yorgabianca
"Nicest area ive lived in. Very affordable area with nice parks, cute neighborhoods and courteous people"
  • Emma Adarlo
"We have Christmas bazaar, during Christmas season, food bags for the less fortunate, food trucks during spring outdoor movies, etc"
  • Shannon Bradshaw
"You see people walking their dog all the time. People generally pick up after the dogs. I never see dog poop in the neighborhood. "
  • Kyley Chesley
"Many trash cans w/doggie bags around the neighborhoods. Tons of dogs and areas for them to run around off leash as well. "
  • Garrets.accord-0f
"We’ve been here for 9 years and its pretty peaceful and not much traffic noise. You hear the train daily in the distance though its up against the neighborhood and they usually obey by not blowing horn close by. Farmers market is every weekend in downtown Gilbert plus theres plans to build more small retail as most places are restaurants. "
  • Collins Appiah
"We have community bbq, movie nights, games and sports on the community park. There are plenty of side walks that allow people to walk and bike in the neighborhood."
  • Tm2ndff27t
"Pool parties, holiday events & participation. Community yard sales, block parties friendly neighbors "
  • 7myk5rsxfq
"Very nice. Quiet bit close proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Home values appreciate well in the area "
  • Collins Appiah
"I have lived here for 16 years. I love the community. Very safe and kid friendly. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. "
  • Collins Appiah
"Nice neighborhood. No public transportation. Nicely maintained parks. Great place to live.i will live here any time "
  • Aud Clouds
"There’s lots of kids on motorized bikes and small motorcycles in the neighborhood which is fine but some of the kids drive reckless and it can end dangerously for kids and pedestrians. Parents need to teach their kids to be more safety conscious. "
  • M.manganaro
"This is Not a great neighborhood for kids/young families. While there are a few here it is mainly older people, families where the kids just left the nest or are leaving very soon and young professionals/couples with no kids. "
  • Katherine Evans
"The neighborhood is nice and the people seem friendly. There hasn’t been any reason to get out and meet people in the neighborhood like no block parties or anything like that. Most of the yards are kept, but there are a few that look horrible. This is a great starter home area for a young family."
  • Molly Hernandez
"We love our neighborhood! It’s safe and quiet. The community is well maintained and taken care of. "
  • Janice Quackenbush
"This is a great neighborhood. My mother in law and father in law were one of the first families to have a home bully here. It was built in late 1996. My father in law passed away just over a year ago and my husband and I moved here from Las Vegas to take care of my mother in law. We have a few neighbors that have become great friends that also purchased and had their homes built shortly after this home was built. Our new neighbors are wonderful as well and have become more like family than friends/neighbors. "
  • Beatrembath
"Nice neighborhood for (growing) families. Lots of families, parks, pools, walking trails, amenities. "
  • Dallas Cagle
"I love spending time with neighbors and going to fun events. We love long conversations and backyard hang outs. "
  • Beautyinaz1
"I work from home. When I worked in Scottsdale it was an extra 25 minutes for traffic. A total of 50-55 minutes on a typical day commute. "
  • Trulia User
"Not a very friendly neighborhood but livable and with small parks and a public pool. Other than that, I just don’t know. We have no kids"
