Description

This is a beautiful condo that my family (wife and kid) have lived in since June of 2016. We have loved living here. We are moving so that we can have more space for a growing family. The rent is $825, which is fantastic for the area and size of this condo. Mark, the property's manager, is great and stays on top of any needs for the unit.

There are two bedrooms with closets. Bedroom 1 has a full bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 has two closets. There is a second full bathroom for guests and friends to use when you have company. Kitchen area looks out into an open front room.

This is a FIRST FLOOR unit, which is very nice for moving furniture and things in. There are 2 underground, reserved parking spots for this unit and plenty of parking around the building as well. Guest parking lot is right outside the unit.This is a corner unit, so you can get good natural light in each bedroom.

Google fiber is set up. We pay for gas, electric, and internet. This unit is partially furnished with multiple desks, some decoration, lamps, etc. Washer and dryer and included in a closet next to bedroom 1. Tons of cupboard storage in the kitchen.

If you are LDS, the ward is fantastic. My wife is not happy about leaving this ward. She has made a lot of friends here.

I am looking for someone to take over the last month or two of our contract (negotiable--we have some flexibility with when we move into our next place). You will also be able to sign a year-long lease, from June 1st to May 31st. Basically, I am looking for someone who wants to be here at least from about April/May, 2018 to May 31st, 2019. This apartment is close to all the shops on center street in Provo. You can walk to the Provo City Center temple from here. Email me if you are interested. I am probably going to show the apartment this Saturday, March 31st.
