Description

-At the end of a quiet culdesac in the Thurston Hills area. I am seeking tenant(s) for 1 or 2 bedrooms on the lower floor of my home. The area is currently furnished although the furnishings can be removed if you have your own things. You would have your own separate entrance, bathroom, kitchenette with sink/microwave/air fryer/toaster/hot plate, full fridge, and deck/patio. Access to washer/dryer on same floor. Ductless AC and heat.
-If you do not want the second bedroom I will likely NOT be renting it out to another party and instead keep it as an office/guest room. We can adjust the price accordingly if this is the case.

*If you want just one room, for a 6 month or 1 yr lease $900/mo w/ utilities included (Electricity/Water, trash, broadband) you would still get your own bathroom and the kitchenette and washer/dryer access. IF month to month or 3 month lease $1050/mo w/ utilities included
*If you want both bedrooms, for a 6 month or 1 yr lease $1250/mo plus share in utilities. They are both on the same level, which can be easily isolated from the rest of the home. IF month to month or 3 month lease $1600/mo w/ utilities included.

**There is a video security system that is in place with cameras throughout the exterior of the home**
**Pets negotiable on a case by case basis with pet deposit. There is a partially fenced yard that is specifically closed off and sectioned for the rooms for rent.
**Deposit is first months rent, pet deposit if applicable. Refundable upon successful completion of lease and terms.
**Background check required. This is the final step of the application process and will only be conducted if I plan to move forward with your application/interest. The cost of the background check will be paid by you ($40) and deducted from the first months rent.

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
