The complex is situated on a 15,000 sq. ft. lot, the property includes paved parking, private balconies, backyard spaces, and a shared laundry room with coin-operated machines. The property is within one mile of the Historic Downtown of Paso Robles. The two other units in the complex are tenant occupied.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities (electric, gas, trash service, cable, phone), and a $50.00 water surcharge is added to the rent. Landlord covers the remainder of the monthly water and sewer charges. Tenants will be expected to sign a year lease. After the lease term has expired, agreement will convert to a month to month lease. Landlord is responsible for exterior landscaping, except for the are within the tenants private fenced backyard. There is no smoking on the property or inside the residences and no pets are allowed.

    "No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs,keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
