Interview process: Available on weekends and after 4pm M-F to tour. Background check required.
Occupants: Couple living in the master bedroom. All residents have passed background checks, are very friendly, quiet, clean, and courteous.
Pets: Pitbull, very friendly, lives in the master with owners.
