There is a "refundable" $20 deposit to check out keys and you may check out up to 3 keys at a time. Our office is conveniently located at 248 Redondo Ave. Long Beach, Ca.90803.     "I love living in DTLB. I like that everything is a short walk away, plenty of places to eat, things to do, events, and the beach is right there! Most places/restaurants are dog friendly. The downsides for me would definitely be lack of parking in most areas and the unhoused/transient folks sometimes is out of control in some parts. But those things are expected in the downtown area. "

I am 4 blocks away from the beach, pike outlet, Long Beach convention center, and shoreline village. A lot of tourists in the area. The train is a block away. "
