"Small town that has expanded outward. Little Semitruck Parking. As a driver I have had to get creative. Two locally owned taxi companies. If you have a car or don’t mind walking you can get around."

"We have no public transportation. There are a lot of bicyclists and pedestrians though. Most of us own our own personal vehicles and work in neighboring towns. "

"Defiance is a mid-size city that is continually growing but maintains its historic, family-friendly atmosphere. There is something to do for every age range. The public and private schools are exceptional and offer sports, music and other extra-curriculars. Defiance College is well established and attended. There are many arts programs offered as well as a wonderful library that overlooks the confluence of the Maumee and Auglaize rivers, Defiance is a good place to raise a family, attend school, volunteer or just sit back and enjoy all it has to offer."
