Parking: Reserved Off-Street Parking Available for $1 per spot/month + $50 for additional spots/month
Utilities: Flat Rate of $125/month + $30 per additional person
Pet Policy:

- Breed Restrictions May Apply
- Maximum of 2 pets
- $200 Refundable Pet Deposit + $50/month per pet
Lease Details:
- Deposit: $1,250
- Landlord Liability Insurance Required: $15/month (if none provided)
- Credit Reporting: $8/month
- Lease Length: 6 Months, 9 Months, and 12 Months

Cost: $50 application fee, $250 2-week holding deposit (applied to security deposit upon move-in)
Screening Criteria: Verified income of 3x monthly rent, a credit score of 700 or higher (or above 670 with verified income of 3.5x monthly rent), no open bankruptcies, no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord, no evictions in the last 7 years.
(Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor or an increased deposit.)
We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
