Westside Vineyard with Potential Home Building Site Now Available! This gorgeous 17.68 acre vineyard is located just 5 miles northwest of Paso Robles in between Sauret and Rabbit Ridge. As you look out from the hilltop, you will see an enchanting 360 degree view of vineyards and hills in every direction as far as the eye can see. The top of the hill has two oak trees, between which lies the perfect location for building that dream home! From this spot, you will appreciate the stunning sunrise and sunset each day on the rows of your vineyard. The property is planted with ~4 acres of 15 year old Barbera, which the owner sells to a local vineyard. There are 2.15 acres of Albarino grapes. Up to 12 more acres could be planted, depending on if you put in a home. The property was recently updated with a micro-segmented 8x4 irrigation system. It is also surrounded by a 6 foot perimeter deer fence. The well was installed in 2003, and the last well test resulted in ~18 gallons per minute when tested. This property is ready for your development and vineyard plans. Come and see the country charm and character of this beautiful lot, and the potential for your perfect home!

"No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs, keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
