"my neighbors range from sweet family to cool guy with a blue beard to the meth heads who terrorize the area"
  • Tyler D.
"Amazing access to freeways and everything else is within short distances. Super close to sugar house, making it even better. "
  • Tasia C.
"Pretty safe during the day but at night you don’t want to be walking around. There are a lot of Condos and apartments on this street so there’s more traffic than you would expect. The rent is cheaper so it can sometimes attracts the wrong crowd. "
  • Cinthya K.
"People are friendly!! The UTA transit is around here and it’s well kept by the HOA and the pool in the condominiums is great!! "
  • Pk D.
"I love this location. It’s not crowded and it’s close to everything! I would not live in this city if I had children. The schools aren’t great. "
  • Xciindayx
"Close to everything! downtown is 8 min away sugar house area 5 min away it’s like the perfect location "
  • Xciindayx
"Easy school is close grocery store is close and parks and recreation centers are close my kids love it "
  • Lynette A. J. P.
"It's not a good neighborhood. A lot of homeless, drugs and crime. It's getting worse all the time. And people don't know how to obey the speed limit."
  • Sintylwilliams
"Salt Lake’s diverse spirit and eclectic collection of hip neighborhoods has powered a cultural boom in the mountain and desert urban center. As a constellation of trendy, emerging neighborhoods, Salt Lake is cool in ways other than just snow and slopes. If you haven’t seen the new frontier of hip, these up-and-coming neighborhoods are taking it to the next level in the high-altitude haven that is the new Salt Lake."
  • Lynette A. J. P.
"It's a very busy neighborhood. There are frequent accidents and people constantly jay-walking. There are also a lot of homeless every where you look along for hand outs."
  • Brenna M. L.
"There’s a lot of creepy homeless people. I wouldn’t let my kids play outside without supervision. Otherwise it’s a nice place to live. "
  • Gracecowan8
"There are dogs. I don’t have any though. Maybe dog owners wouldn’t like that we don’t have that many parks."
  • Gracecowan8
"I’ve had friendlier neighbors in south salt lake than the two previous Murray neighborhoods I’ve lived in. It definitely feels like a community, at least on my street."
  • Michaela K.
"If you live in an apartment, try to find one with a dog park. Also, please clean up after your dog! Several people don’t care to do so."
  • Susannah H. S.
"The river though fitts park and wildlife that comes with it. Also the playground there is fenced in so kids are safe from falling in while playing at the park!"
  • John L.
"Our neighborhood is very dog friendly. We take ours to the park l and school where he can play with some friends, "
  • Nicole k.
"it's a nice place but always watch your kids. you never know what could happen even in a safe place as this"
  • Michael M. o.
"It’s centrally location and it’s friendly residents. It is also very close to downtown and all of the freeways."
