Description

Please take a few minutes to tell me a little about yourself when responding. Renovated lakefront 4 bedroom, 3.5 end unit townhome available for rent. I was going to move back in, but life happens and now I'm listing it for rent. I've put a lot of love into this home, and I need someone who will take good care of my baby, which was once my primary residence. Great neighbors, walking trails, right outside. Atholton High School District. Close to groceries stores, shopping, 32, 29, 95, Fort Meade, APL. Tenant is responsible for utilities and front yard mowing (bonus if you'll help my elderly neighbor next door with her small yard).

Please take a few minutes and tell me a little about yourself. Schedule with me to see the house. I won't be accepting sight unseen applications.
Tenant is responsible for electric, internet/cable, renters insurance, yard mowing, changing hvac filters, light bulbs if necessary. Fireplace will be for decoration only. Minimum 12 month lease, prefer 24 months. Minimum 740 credit score, good references. With the new renovation, sorry, no pets. No reusable screening reports.
