"There are many nice parks and family events to attend throughout the year. A lot of the schools are within walking distance from where you live. A word of caution, a lot of people do NOT leash their dogs in Bay City and there are a lot of dogs allowed to run loose. I do like the fact that cats must be licensed, the same as dogs. It cuts down on the number of stray cats in the city. "
