About this House

This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located in the Pasture Point Neighborhood on the water with a beautiful view and easy access to I-64 and the River St Park. The kitchen opens up to the living room. The living room is very large with laminate flooring. There is a sunroom, 2 updated bathrooms and extra storage. The application fee is $45.00 per adult, unless you are married or in the military. We waive the app fee for active duty Military and we only charge 1 app fee for married couples!! The security deposit is equal to 1 month's rent.

Tenants pay for electricity and gas. Water, sanitation and trash are included in the rent!
Pet Policy: $300 non-refundable pet fee for up to 2 pets. $450 for 3 pets (max allowed). No breed or weight restrictions!

    "Everyone’s confusing this neighborhood with downtown Hampton it is not in downtown Hampton. It is off mercury across from Hardee’s - in a private gated community. It is on a peninsula surrounded by natural surroundings and water on three sides Has a clubhouse ,a pool ,grounds are kept incredibly nice. They have wildlife projects. Everyone is friendly and speaks and waves. I walk at sunrise and after dark at 12 o’clock at night the only thing that scares me every now and then is the occasional surprise by a rabbit, but my dog loves them "

    "I don’t know where that person got. It wasn’t safe and people raced through the neighborhood. It’s in a gated community Everybody is very friendly. It’s quiet. We’re surrounded by water a beautiful wildlife I walk at night during the day I see all the ospreys egrets Heron The pier is lit up at night. You can walk out on that. Everybody respects others nobody throws trash out. I feel blessed."
