Very spacious lot with trees and nature line across back yard, with very large amount of parking. Tenants are responsible for lawn care. It is not required, but prefer a multi year lease. Most of our tenants stay with us an average of 5+ years. Deposit is $1600. WE RUN APPLICATIONS THROUGH RentPrep. They do a combination of credit history, rental history and income history.
What is awesome about this house - It's walking distance to everything. Property is across the street from Lindenwood. Right across the street from Walgreen's, West Clay Liquor, Tubby's bowling alley. Shop for flowers at El-Mel right behind the home. You can get anywhere you want to by walking 5 minutes... shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. A few pictures are older and large driveway is completely asphalted.
Tenant responsible for utilities except water and sewer. Tenant responsible for Lawn care. Pets approved through LLC and will require a monthly pet fee. No smoking inside of the house.
