Great property located right off of West Clay directly behind Meineke, right across the street from Lindenwood University. Water and sewer included with rent. Updates made throughout the entire house and property. All New Windows, Plumbing, Electric, Newer Air Conditioner, Water Heater, New Insulation, New Railings, Paint, brick mailbox. Roof and gutters are only 2 years old. Front stairs just replaced. Outdoor shed was brand new but blew over and now has a little damage. Still works just fine and now cemented in. Cracks in foundation repair completed and basement dry as a bone with lifetime warranty. No dishwasher in the house though. Cottage-Style 3 bedroom 2 bath with wood flooring throughout the main level. 3rd bedroom/bonus room is located in the basement with an on-suite full bathroom. Knotty pine throughout most of the house that gives it a cabin feel. 1500+ square feet of living space including lower level. Updated kitchen with ample cabinet space, lazy susan's, recessed lighting, tiled back-splash. Stylish main floor bath with ceramic flooring and tile wall, pedestal sink. Lower level features rec/family room with shuffle board tilled in. Laundry room area comes with electric washer, gas dryer and has plenty of storage space. Every light in the house is LED with some having a dimmer switch. Large covered porch off the living room for additional outdoor living. Very spacious lot with trees and nature line across back yard, with very large amount of parking. Tenants are responsible for lawn care. It is not required, but prefer a multi year lease. Most of our tenants stay with us an average of 5+ years. Deposit is $1600. WE RUN APPLICATIONS THROUGH RentPrep. They do a combination of credit history, rental history and income history.

What is awesome about this house - It's walking distance to everything. Property is across the street from Lindenwood. Right across the street from Walgreen's, West Clay Liquor, Tubby's bowling alley. Shop for flowers at El-Mel right behind the home. You can get anywhere you want to by walking 5 minutes... shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. A few pictures are older and large driveway is completely asphalted.

Tenant responsible for utilities except water and sewer. Tenant responsible for Lawn care. Pets approved through LLC and will require a monthly pet fee. No smoking inside of the house.

We have a dog who loves to walk around the neighborhood and we always pass others with dogs. Not everyone picks up poop but there is a ton of doggie stations for bags! Personally we were inspired to get a dog because so many people had one here already and we wanted to join in on the fun! Main Street is pet friendly too and the Katy trail is a great path for dogs.
