"I drive about 35 minutes to get to work. 720 going south is great since they expanded! 720 going north needs to be expanded, but it’s in the works hopefully!"

"Cross Oaks Ranch feels like living in the country with a fishing pond, hiking trails. Flourishing community of pools, parks, and fantastic Eco-friendly elementary school that opened in 2005. Great middle school and new high school to open in 2015 on 380 corridor. This year displaying boom in new shopping and more restaurants opening all the time. Easy access to 35 over new lake bridge or Tollway. Great place to raise kids, but still enjoy the quiet of peaceful county living."
  • Beke G.
"Great mixof acreage/country with subdivision feel that has easy access to Denton, Frisco, Lewisville and their amenities."
  • thetxturners
"They are in the process of building a new high school, the elementary school is great and the middle school is excellent. There is a good mix of families and couples living around here. All ages. Pretty area with lots of parks, access to major lakes, shopping, normal traffic without overcrowding. You are 9 miles from the North Dallas Tollway and 15 miles from I-35. Directly between McKinney and Denton, a little closer to Denton."
