Description

Step into this warm and welcoming two-story townhome nestled in the heart of one of Denver’s most loved neighborhoods, Central Park. Right from the front door, natural light pours in, highlighting the open layout and giving the entire main level a bright, airy feel. The living room is anchored by a cozy gas fireplace, ideal for movie nights or snowy mornings, and flows seamlessly into a spacious dining area that opens up to your very own private backyard. Whether you're hosting friends or just enjoying a quiet evening outside, it’s the kind of space that feels like home.

The kitchen checks all the boxes: granite countertops, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. There's also a convenient half bath on this floor, perfect for guests.

Head upstairs to find a spacious primary suite featuring vaulted ceilings, a generous walk-in closet, and an updated en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is just as bright and roomy, and the versatile loft space gives you options - think home office, workout zone, or reading nook. Another full bath rounds out the second floor.

Downstairs, the fully finished basement adds serious value with a third bedroom and private en suite bath - perfect for guests, teens, or even a roommate setup. You'll also find a laundry area with a brand-new washer and full-size dryer, plus mechanical upgrades including a new AC and HVAC system installed just last year.

An attached one-car garage provides added storage and security, and here’s the kicker: NO HOA! Located just minutes from Northfield, I-70, downtown, and walkable to neighborhood restaurants and shops, this home brings you the best of city convenience with that cozy community feel. Come take a tour!

"lots of parks for your dog to run & play . a few area bars lots of restaurants and a few gyms and yoga places close proximity to are grocery stores."
  • Desiray M.
"ive been living in this neighborhood since a kid. I love it here. Its like nostalgia living in the neighborhood again"
  • Scott L.
"This area is only 2 miles from the 16th St. mall and 1.5 miles from the big box stores in the Stapleton shopping area. This unique development is suburban living in the urban downtown. A bicycle is my preferred method of transportation in the summer. A nearby rail station will open in 2016 to provide transportation to the airport and Union Station."
  • Gfrancis7185
"I moved to Northeast Park Hill in July 2012. So far, I've been very happy. This neighborhood used to be a very bad area. In the 1960s, there were race riots and a local shopping center was burned. In the 1980s, the bloods spread to Denver from LA and made this their home territory. However, in recent years, much has been done to improve the area. The derelict shopping mall at Dahlia Square was torn down and replaced with a senior center. There have been improvements to libraries and rec centers. Stapleton and the retail at Quebec Square made the area more desirable. Crime has fallen every year since 2005, although there is still some gang activity around. Public transportation is pretty good. The area is close to Downtown, City Park, the retail and biek trails at Stapleton. Although some of the neighborhood schools are bad, the area is full of top-quality charter schools, including Denver School of the Arts, Denver School of Science and Technology and Swigert-Macauliffe International School. Another very big deal is that houses in the neighborhood are still cheaper than comparable ones right across Martin Luther King Blvd and pretty cheap for Denver in general. The area is not perfect. Aside from the residual gang presence, the area suffers from small houses and some very dirty alleys. But overall, I give it a thumbs up."
  • Scott L.
"The location is perfect with stapleton shopping just 1.5 miles to the east and the 16th St. mall only 4 miles to the west. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and is completely removed from pass through traffic. "
