There are two entrances. One entrance from Ash Avenue, the other from Windsor through the kitchen, dining area.

There is a huge kitchen/dinning room with huge walk in pantry. The Laundry is in the kitchen area.

The lower level living room is in the center of the house. There is a second living room on the second level because it has no exit windows it can not be used as an additional bedroom.

There is plenty of off street parking.
Building deposit $2,250. Pet Deposit of $750 per pet and a $20 per month rent surcharge per pet.
