Fully furnished private space located near the university and hospital in Mesa. All utilities and internet is included. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this unit is just two years old and offers a peaceful, comfortable living environment.

The space is approximately 400 500 sq ft and completely private, with its own entrance and no access from the main house. My mother, who is in her late 60s, lives in the main home, so we're looking for a respectful, long-term tenant.
