It is close by car or bus to Amtrak, TriRail commuter rail, hospitals, doctor, dental and eye care facilities, Costco. BJ's Wholesale, I-95, Florida's Turnpike and U.S. 1. Within walking distance you can find a mall with Macy's, Sears, Penney's and Lowe,s among others; also restaurants, fast food, banks, car repair, car rental, drug stores, supermarkets, pack & ship stores, jewelers, opticians, shoe repair, tailoring, shoe stores, insurance agents, pet supply, office supply, discount stores and schools. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is less than 30 minutes away and the beach about 10 minutes by car. Cresthaven has its own park and Pompano's largest park (with tennis, swimming, basketball, softball, baseball and more) and the city's municipal golf course is about 5 minutes south. Ask anybody who owns here about Cresthaven area. Oh! And Pompano beach has some of the best weather in Broward County."
