Palm Gardens is a compact community that provides laundry facilities and designated parking spaces. The community is conveniently located near several schools, including Michigan Ave Elementary School, Saint Cloud Middle School, and Saint Cloud High School. We have a limited selection of available condos, each featuring two bedrooms and a bathroom. Some condos are situated on the first floor, while others are located on the second floor. Kindly inform us of your preferences. Application Fee is $65 per adult and a $150 administration fee will be due at lease signing. One time HOA registration for $48 per adult or per married couple.
