The community is conveniently located near several schools, including Michigan Ave Elementary School, Saint Cloud Middle School, and Saint Cloud High School. We have a limited selection of available condos, each featuring two bedrooms and a bathroom. Some condos are situated on the first floor, while others are located on the second floor. Kindly inform us of your preferences. Application Fee is $65 per adult and a $150 administration fee will be due at lease signing. One time HOA registration for $75 per adult or per married couple.
