His darkroom was on the 3rd level of the home and today, the Southwest Studies at Fort Lewis has a large collection of his art and photography. During his ownership the large garage was built, he always had nice cars. In the 1930’s an addition was made to the rear of the house and modernizations were made inside the house to remove “Edwardian” style decoration.
