Guesthouse features a king size bed plus a sofa bed handy for an extra guest. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the studio, and extra storage may be negotiable in the garage if needed.

Easy to walk downtown or access to some of Durango's many trails, this home offers privacy while being central to everything Durango has to offer.

No smoking in the studio or on the property.

Private Parking (one vehicle) and private entrance to this adorable stand alone unit. Rent includes all utilities, smart TV, high-speed fiber wifi, etc.

Prefer 4-5 month minimum for lease.

Month to Month through the summer (through October 15), with preference for 4-5 month term. First month rent and security deposit due at lease signing.
