About this House

This is a 2 bed 1 bath unit. The floors are carpeted except the kitchen and bathroom. Original hardwood trim throughout the unit. Located minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and located minutes from I-70 for traveling outside of the area. Does not include appliances.

This property is NOT Section 8 approved.

The Owner pays water, trash and landscaping. The tenant will be responsible for gas, electric, telephone, cable, etc. This is a one year lease, tenant must include their prior rental history and past property owners. Since this is the top unit, this tenant must be respectful to the tenant on the bottom level. There is a $25 late fee if the rent is not paid by the 5th, then $10 daily fee until paid. Property owner will perform quarterly inspections to make sure property is maintained properly. Tenant must also be prompt with reporting with items not working properly. Showing will be Sunday April 26th from 1pm-2pm.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
