Split plan home with eat-in kitchen, open to the living area and separate laundry space with lots of storage. Covered front porch with ceiling fan. 12'x16' storage building. 2 car detached covered carport.

Our screening process looks for credit score of 650 and monthly income of 3 times the rental fee.

We only schedule walk through of the home to completed and pre-approved applicants.

Property owner pays for weekly trash pickup and quarterly pest service.

Renter pays all utilities (electric and water).
Renter is responsible for yard maintenance.
