We only schedule walk through of the home to completed and pre-approved applicants.

Property owner pays for weekly trash pickup and quarterly pest service.

Renter pays all utilities (electric and water).
Renter is responsible for yard maintenance.

Pets may be allowed with signed pet lease, additional monthly rental and payment of non-refundable pet deposit.
