Are you looking for a great home in a central location? If you are looking for a home within the Miramar Beach area under $250,000, this is far and away the best value currently on the market. The sellers have done an exceptional job in maintaining the home on the interior as well as the exterior; they've also made recent upgrades. Some of the recent upgrades include a new AC system, granite countertops and new back splash tile within the kitchen, new gutters, and last but not least, new tiling on the front porch. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace, which immediately gives you feeling of comfortable space as you enter the home.
