Enjoy the sea and sand while staying at our beach themed spacious condo. The home has two large bedrooms each with new king sized beds both with walk-in closets. The master suite has its own full bath with shower/tub as well as sliding door access to the condos large patio. The bright, white kitchen has plenty of kitchen supplies, with oven and range, dishwasher, and microwave and a newer refrigerator and coffee maker. The condo has its own laundry room with newer washer and dryer and drying rack. The relaxing sea themed living room has a "frame" TV and two couches. One couch is a full pull out with bed linens included. Enjoy having dinner on the patio. There is plenty of lounge seating and a high top table for enjoying a glass of wine or relaxing in the sun. There are also beach towels, an umbrella, and a body board for your beach enjoyment. Besides this beautifully appointed air conditioned condo, you also have access to great amenities including a gym and lovely pool with plenty of tables and umbrellas T. There is ample parking around the condo and easy access to get into the community. There are also two other spa locations, one with gorgeous ocean views for enjoying those spectacular California sunsets. We have provided what you need for a perfect home. There are up lit gardens around the community and there is plenty of parking near the condo. This location is minutes away from cafes, grocery stores and amazing restaurants in the Lantern District. So enjoy our home, the fabulous beaches, the Dana Point Harbor and more!

Please call for availability or if you have any questions :) Owner will pay for all utilities. Owner charges a $250 cleaning fee after the end of the lease paid for and agreed to by the new tenant. Available currently from September 15th, 2022 to March 31st, 2023. Could be a month to month lease or longer up to 6 months. $2000 deposit for a one month lease and it increases to $4000 for longer leases. $150 dollar key deposit.
