Close to elementary school. Located around the historical downtown area of Benton, Arkansas. Older house built in the 1950's .

Renters must pay their own utilities and trash pickup. The renter has to pay for extermination pest control. If we have to mow the grass an additional 200.00 dollars a month will be added to the rent. Otherwise, renter must keep lawn and exterior area clean and upkept.
