Washer/dryer hookup is in the kitchen, which is great because there's no need to go to the basement for laundry. Kitchen, dining room, and bathroom have beautiful plank flooring. Nice front porch and large backyard. Plenty of off-street parking. Unit has central air, dishwasher, range, and fridge. Dogs will be considered but cats will not be allowed due to the new carpet. Located on a busy street but quiet neighborhood.

    "The Monroe Ave. area has a lot of crime. it is not safe and the cops are always in the neighborhood. there's also a trailer park at the end of Monroe that has a ton of overdoses. i wish i would've done more research on this neighborhood before moving me and my kids to this street. "

I have learned that most of the older crowd that live in this neighborhood care more about how our street looks and they tend to keep our community nice and neat. While the other renters younger crowd tend to try and ruin and mess up our neighborhood. they tend to get the cops called on them more. so we stick to ourselves usually. its not that bad of a community though. "
