Home Details: It is almost 3,000 sq. feet. 5 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. This house is just a block and a half away from UVU in Orem. So it is a great location that is only going to increase in value. This is a big house on a spacious .34 acre lot. There is a new HVAC system in the house, new can lighting (with dimmers) in the basement living room and kitchen to add extra light. There is also new plumbing throughout the house.

Upstairs has beautiful new real hardwood floors in the Master bedroom. The large living room also has real hardwood floors as well. There a extra large windows throughout the house with a beautiful view of the lake from the front room (this is my favorite part of the house). Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths.

Downstairs is a legal 3 bedroom walk out apt with it's own separate kitchen (so you can use it to help pay your mortgage if you don't need all 5 bedrooms/3,0000 sq feet for yourself or your family). There are also laundry hookups in the utility room. Both floors have big bedrooms with big windows and very spacious living rooms as well.

It is on a large corner lot with a small shed and a 12 X 30 ft garden space in the second/back half of the yard. The yard has lots of nice landscaping and a nice patio. There is lots of extra land in the surprise second back yard, so you have plenty of space to expand your garden, put in a chicken coop, swing set, clubhouse, dog run, or whatever you might want to utilize all that space for...honestly you could probably fit all of that back there.
