We handle the lawn care.

The application process includes a credit check, background check, and verification of income and rental history. We only process one set of applications at a time. The application fee is $55 per adult, 18+.

The security deposit will be a minimum of $1,200, and up to $2,400 depending on the application results.

Minimum 12 month lease. Tenant is responsible for water and sewer through City of Stanley. Tenant is responsible for electric through Duke Energy. Tenant must carry renter's insurance. No smoking. No pets. We handle lawn care.

    "You see lots of people take an afternoon walk with pets or children. They always wave and smile. The town also has a great park which lots of families attend ballgames to watch their children play! Parents should know that your children would be missing out if they were not in some kind of community sport. It’s a great experience!"
