About this House

Thanks for viewing my listing. This listing is for a home on Bell St in Downtown Murfreesboro. This home is walking distance to MTSU. It is a duplex. Each side is 2br, 1 bath. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, with the kitchen, living room, and dining room being downstairs. There is also a basement for storage and it holds the washer and dryer.

This has previously been rented out on Airbnb, but is not currently furnished. The price will vary based on terms, which are....

$1,395 for a 2 year lease. If you want a shorter term, please contact me.

Water and AT&T Fiber Internet are included in the rent! The only other utility is Electric. A Stainless Steel Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, and Microwave are all included in the rent. The washer and dryer are not included, even if pictured.

The entire place was updated shortly after I purchased it in 2010. During that time, it got new kitchen cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical, drywall, windows, doors, appliances, HVAC unit, ductwork, refinished hardwoods, paint, and so much more. Everything is modern.

NO DOGS. I will allow 1 cat.
