"Mobile homes. Several which need to be condemned. It’s sad the lack of pride of ownership shown in this neighborhood."
  • Trulia User
"I love it, it’s a very friendly and safe neighborhood to live in. I don’t feel scared to walk to my car at night. "
  • Mark C.
"There are many dogs that run smock unleashed or out of their fenced yards. Be careful some are very aggressive. "
  • Tamara.jnw94
"I take my car but a lot of things are in walking distance!! Including a elementary school several dollar stores and gas stations and even car dealerships when your ready to purchase that vehicle you’ve been dreaming ofā˜ŗļø"
  • Carmelitarochelle86
"It’s alright, not the best neighborhood but every seems nice. I wouldn’t let my kids play outside by themselves. "
  • Eric r.
"the people are friendly and it's close to base. lost my cat once and our next door neighbors looked after him til we could find him"
  • Haven D. G.
"the military friendliness and access to base. fun in many forms from the park, splash pad and restaurants."
  • Jayme
"I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 3 years. It is a nice area peopke are friendly and shops and food are both really close. "
  • Lesa R.
"the people the area is coming along and they are building more houses overs here as well. so surely the property taxes will increase Abit but not much and it is good for the community. "
  • brianbauries
"Atmos gas plant is noisy, with a constant HISS sound. It should be hidden behind a wooden fence and schrubery. High traffic on Corsicana Ave."
  • Randy D.
"Sutherland Street is in a newer subdivision just down the road from Dyess AFB. Is that a plus or a minus? I don’t know a little of both depending on your needs and wants. Most of not all homes are 3 bed 2 bath, and should meet the home of your dreams being newer constructions you can expect to find quality appliances’ and kitchens. Something to consider if you are a young military couple or retired wanting to take advantage of base services."
