We will conduct criminal background checks in accordance with applicable laws. Applications may be denied based on convictions for violent crimes, drug trafficking, or other serious offenses. Arrests without convictions will not be considered.
5. Employment Verification
We will verify current employment to ensure stable income. Self-employed applicants may be required to provide additional documentation, such as bank statements or tax returns.
6. Security Deposit and Upfront Payments
The required security deposit is $1000.00.
Last month's rent may be required upfront for applicants with a credit score below 690 or insufficient rental history.
7. Co-Signer Requirements
If required, co-signers must meet the same income and credit criteria outlined above.
