The cottage includes a covered front porch complete with rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset and a private back deck to relax and enjoy a meal. Just 75 steps from the sandy beach, our beachside home is perfect for vacations.

Don't forget to bring your pet too! Our cottage is pet-friendly for small dogs under 20lbs.

Single Level with no stairs, walking distance to Pier 60, restaurants and stores but in a very quiet, classic North Clearwater Beach neighborhood.

The beachside cottage includes free parking for 2 vehicles, high speed wifi and cable tv. Please Note: Minimum stay is 31 days or Monthly due to the location in a residential neighborhood. Additional fee for pet. Flexible check-in with keypad access.

    "We have lived in Clearwater Beach area for five plus years. It is expensive to live here, but probably the best place to live in Tampa Bay area! Pier 60 has something going almost everyday. Very safe area, can go for walks anytime of the day. Lots of good restaurants. Clearwater Beach deserves to be considered one of the best beaches in the country and likely in the world. We live on the water on Devon Drive across from the Clearwater Beach main area. Wild life is just wonderful! It is truly living like a dream. Only drawback is traffic, especially on holiday weekends or in spring break and housing is lot more expensive than inland."
