About this House

This stately all-brick Victorian blends timeless craftsmanship with meaningful, modern updates, creating a home that feels both classic and current. Rich hardwood floors, detailed wood trim, decorative fireplaces, built-in cabinetry, and a striking leaded-glass entry door reflect its architectural heritage. Natural light fills the gracious living and dining rooms, where period details and an elegant dining room chandelier create inviting spaces for everyday living and entertaining.

The fully renovated kitchen pairs contemporary cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double convection oven for both performance and style. Two spacious full baths provide flexibility rarely found in homes of this era. Other major improvements include a new roof and new windows, adding lasting value and efficiency.

Upstairs, five spacious rooms and a walk-in-closet or a home office offer remarkable versatility. Whether configured as bedrooms, office space, fitness rooms, creative studios, or guest accommodations, the upper levels adapt easily to evolving needs.
Outside, a fenced backyard creates a private retreat for relaxing or gathering, complemented by two valuable off-street parking spaces and a possible garage.

Located in Pittsburgh’s highly desirable Regent Square neighborhood within the City of Pittsburgh Schools, this home is just one block from Frick Park’s 644 acres, featuring 79 miles of trails, tennis courts, ballfields, picnic areas, and playgrounds. Convenient access to neighborhood shops, East End shopping districts, universities, medical centers, and Downtown Pittsburgh completes the offering.

A home that fits beautifully now—and continues to fit in the years ahead.

"The commute downtown is simple! This is the first exit past the squirrel hill tunnels which makes commuting a breeze despite rush hour traffic. "
  • Bayette B. B.
"Ummmm the playground seems dope. There is a charter school that's hard to get in. There is a crossing guard. "
  • Lynn G.
"Flat, tree-lined streets paved in yellow brick. Walkable streets and alleys. Community spirit. Convenient to parkway and transportation. Frick Park right outside my door!"
  • Sydney B.
"Biddles escape, Madeleine Bakery, mookshi yoga studio, regent around the square, square cafe, D’s, the theater, Environmental Charter school, and my personal favorite—Frick Park... this is my absolute favorite place in pittsburgh. More than proud to call it my home."
  • Karla T.
"I have lived in Regent Square for 10 years now. I could not ask for a more serene environment living on the outskirts of a big city such as Pittsburgh. Anything I need is in walking distance from my home and if driving, I am always within 15 minutes of anywhere. Not to mention the beautiful Frick Park directly across the highway from me. A 9 square mile park that boasts 2 huge dog parks, streams and creeks, hundreds of unique birds, vegetation and wild flowers to keep you consumed for hours. Along with tennis courts, bowling greens, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and walking trails, this breath-taking park is host to many gatherings. The Run Around the Square 5k race, the annual Susan G. Komen Mother's Day Race for the Cure, the annual Pittsburgh Great Race and various eco-friendly, hands-on workshops, just to name a few. With friendly coffee shops, cafes, art galleries, yoga, massage & wellness studios, antique stores, vintage clothing stores, deli's, sandwich shops and restaurants and the funky Regent Square Theatre within 500 feet of my home, I am truly blessed to be afforded this kind of community. The people that you will meet will never let you down and you will always see friendly and familiar faces. Everyone in the community looks out for one another, keeps the area clean and safe and are always willing to lend a hedge trimmer or a few eggs when you are in need. Why pay Shadyside or Squirrel Hill prices if you can have all that both those towns have to offer and more, when you can live, eat, work and play in Regent Square for half the price? If you are looking for a change or just truly need a new start, come and take a breath of fresh air in this lovely town...trust me, you will not be let-down! "
  • Bsf831
"Made up of home from Wilkinsburg, Swissvale, Edgewood and Pittsburgh Regent Square has everything from a movie theatre to Frick park (a 500 acre park with walking trails and Dog Park). Regent Square is also the home to a new charter school (with additional charter schools to follow) and is also centrally located for easy access to many private and parochial schools. There is a community focus with both a News Letter and community events. You can’t go shopping without seeing someone you know. It’s a very friendly community. "
