The property is located in the heart of Encinitas Highlands, just a short downhill walk to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and all downtown Encinitas has to offer. The train station and the library are a short walk away You'll find easy access to the water from Swamis to Moonlight. The house is accessed by its own, well lit private entrance. The property owners reside in the house up front.

A minimum six month lease is required. All utilities, including gas, electricity, water, garbage, high speed internet and gardener services are included. Smoking in the home is not permitted. Tenant shares in minor care of Jacuzzi. There is plenty of street parking. Tenant is encouraged to help care for minimal deck potted plants.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
