POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time and Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12). Sleeping arrangements for 7.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. 2 car garage and 2 in the driveway however driveway is short so smaller vehicles fit best. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. While open for holidays, the NPOA Recreation Center may have limited hours on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Please check their website for accurate information regarding the facility's hours of operation.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

If you don’t have a tracker or if your dog doesn’t return on command then you might want to think about keeping them on a leash. There is a lot of wild life to make your dog run off and get lost. "
