The primary suite is located upstairs adjacent to the loft area. Two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom are downstairs.

WINTER NOTES:

Tahoe winters are beautiful but can bring changing weather and snowy road conditions. Guests should be prepared for winter driving conditions and are responsible for checking current road and resort conditions prior to arrival.

Please keep the driveway free of sleds, toys, and personal items so snowplows can safely clear the area. The guide poles along the driveway are essential for winter snow removal operations.

NORTHSTAR CALIFORNIA RESORT:

Enjoy easy access to one of Tahoe's premier winter destinations with door-to-door free shuttle service to and from Northstar Resort.

Winter activities include:

Please note guests are responsible for verifying resort operating dates and lift conditions directly with Northstar Resort.

NORTHSTAR RECREATION CENTER:

Guests also enjoy shuttle access to the Northstar Recreation Center featuring:

* Outdoor hot tubs
* Sauna
* Fitness center
* Game room and lounge

The Recreation Center charges a daily fee collected directly at the front desk. One guest access card is provided for the home and must be returned after use. Lost cards are subject to replacement charges.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire home, deck, balcony, private hot tub, and separate apartment-style guest suite, along with two parking spaces in the driveway.

Ski leases are 5 months Dec 1 to April 30 (can be longer)
For rentals 60+ nights, US Credit report and deposit check required with application. Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. Videochat can be considered if tenant signs a waiver.
For all ski lease rentals, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus all monies are due at check in. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable.
5-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent which includes internet/WiFi, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service.
Please note, professional house cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning.
Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.

If you don’t have a tracker or if your dog doesn’t return on command then you might want to think about keeping them on a leash. There is a lot of wild life to make your dog run off and get lost. "
