We are looking for a roommate in June for our beautiful house on h street ne and 10th. There is a large kitchen, big living room and dining area with tons of storage and it is located two blocks from all of the bars/restaurants/attractions of h street ne- this is a really fun area with a lot to do and only a 10 minute walk to Union Station Metro. There are also bus lines and a streetcar that goes up and down H Street. The living and dining room are fully furnished. The room is large with nice closet space and a private bathroom. Washer and dryer in house. There is a free recreation center on the next block with a gym, basketball courts, tennis court, and free classes. Rent is $1200/month plus utilities. This truly is a great price in a very fun location! We are a couple in our late 20s who are active, friendly, and clean/respectful. We would love to make a new friend and have someone join our house!
