Bungalow is completely private and has its own entrance and garage parking. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished.

6 or 12 month lease furnished. 12 month lease unfurnished. Owner pays for water, gas, electric and WiFi (and sanitation and other city charges) (all included in rent). Should you wish to install or run air conditioning or charge an electric vehicle then an additional charge will apply. Owner pays for a weekly gardener and weekly private trash bin emptying service (also included in rent). Tenant must bring out trash Sunday night or Monday morning.
Cats allowed with additional fee. Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis with additional fee or deposit.
