    • Pedroshg26
"Every night u can here people shooting guns, police siren never end, fire department never stop working, a lot of homeless people, don’t leave good stuff out side u won’t found them next morning "
    • Lhc.jackie
"Short the whole city is 15mins long from north side of town to the south side. Living in a bigger city most my life commute was 45min to an hour at least"
    • Turtwigg2014
"My street is horrible, people always speeding down the road I'm scared one these days kids who play in street will get hit "
    • Jason H.
"They would not like the traffic on my street. Lots of people walk their dogs but not many pick up after them. "
    • Catman722004
"Good neighbors. Great church (Blodgett Street Baptist Church . Good schools are near by with great teachers!!!"
    • Alfonsoqualls
"we have get together every year and meet and greet for new home owners, meet new contractors for the area"
    • Ciara R.
"Stop light is bad, people run the red light all the time. You have to be very carful when kids are out playing! "
    • Mario G.
"If u have Pit bulls people here discriminate on them all the time. It’s sad even if they are well trained. They call out animal control even if ur out side with the dog. Just really does suck. "
    • Ciara R.
"Busy street, cars don’t stop when it’s red always have that one person who is in a hurry and runs the light. We don’t have very good sidewalks, in fact we don’t have sidewalks at all. Don’t trust your packages to be left outside of your house; there is sure to be someone who will go by and take off with it. "
    • Allen J. B.
"It’s nit unique there is a lot of pedophiles every where and rude people who burn tires at 3 am in the morning "
    • Allen J. B.
"I dont know mostly they do holidays but im more busy at work and all so i dont get to witness a lot of it since im always sleeping "
    • Aprilb721
"Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very close to the best elementary school in town. Near the only high school in town. "
    • Allen J. B.
"I just got here 9 months ago and the neighborhood is very pleasant and friendly although the bus operators are too lazy"
    • Alejandro.najera
"Keep all homes front yard clean - dont let personal homes un paint - usually keep all trash cans secure so wind don’t blow cans "
    • Aprilb721
"There are many dogs in the neighborhood. Most stay on leash, in the yard, or in the house. Only occasionally are dogs seen outside with no owner. Yards are big with tall fences. "
    • Aprilb721
"Awesome elementary school within two minutes walking distance. High school in walking distance. Quiet. Nice area for walking dogs or just walking. "
    • Steph.yocom
"We have a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors and lots of kids. We all just look out for each other’s families and homes."
    • Jenny G.
"Good neighborhood with lots of outdoor activities like a water park, the famous Carlsbad Caverns, Living Desert Zoo and hiking at Guadalupe Mountain and McKittrick Canyon. You can also enjoy the Pecos River. "
    • Mandi H.
"Short in distance, sometimes long in time. The influx of new residents not knowing the roads and specific lanes to use makes for difficult driving any time. Must be aware of all drivers at all times. "
    • Justkirkes
"It’s a great community with lots of kids. It is a boom town so that isn’t fun but this adds to the ambiance. Houses are hard to find and schools are over packed. All in all it is a small town with a tough crowd to break into unless you know the right people. "
    • Justin K.
"Everything in Carlsbad can be reached within 20 minutes. No traffic, just congestion due to lack of city planning. Need more roads and better amenities. "
    • 1wildcaveman
"no community events here maybe a neighbor to neighbor BBQ,an occasional beer party for birthday or anniversary "
    • Corky S.
"Been here since 1992. We're friends with most of the immediate neighbors. Everyone out here is laid back and friendly. "
    • Steph_r_white
"It is calm and the neighborhood is very nice. All of the surrounding neighbors are very nice. I love the farm land. Being able to see the stars at night and beautiful sunrises and sunsets are just amazing. There is a lot of kids around and everyone is very careful. "
    • Duplisseyjennette
"lived here 30 years and love the town but has gotten too big lately and would like a move to a smaller place town"
    • Sarah S.
"Right by a great elementary schools and a high school, easy distance to shopping, great view of the fireworks, view of the high school games, pretty quiet."
    • Steph_r_white
"Everyone in our neighborhood is friendly and keeps an eye on each other. It is a wonderful neighborhood to be in. "
