Nice older property with good vibes. Original hardwood floors, nice doors, nice windows and a lovely front porch. Located across the street from St Elmo Elementary on the corner of St Elmo and 3rd St. Walk to Casa Maria, enjoy strolls around the neighborhood and easy access to all of Austin. House will be available to show on June 2nd. No showings before then.

Additional note, the house is located on a 3/4 acre property. Currently, the occupant has full use of the property. There are no current plans to develop the lot although there could be in the future.

    "I would not recommend this area for families. Cars drive too fast, and shoulders on the sidewalks are non-existent, which means a distracted driver could easily jump the curb and hit a person. There also isn't a lot of green space or parks for kids to play in."

    "I have been a resident of this neighborhood for over 30 years. It is safe, quiet and well-established. The location is great, with access to Ben White, Mopac, I-35 and South First is a straight run into downtown. There are two bus stops within a block. The house is located in between Central Market and Southpark Meadows and four movie theaters are 5 minutes away."
